Delivery Policy

Ma'at Studios LLC

Ma'at Studios LLC is a digital services company. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This Delivery Policy describes how our service deliverables are provided to clients.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All services provided by Ma'at Studios — including Meta Ads management, marketing automation, AI voice agent setup, and consulting — are delivered digitally. Deliverables may include:

•        Campaign setup, management, and performance reports shared via email or a shared platform.

•        Strategy documents and creative assets delivered electronically.

•        Access to automation workflows or AI tools via shared credentials or integration.

•        Scheduled calls, briefings, and progress updates via video or phone.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are agreed upon during onboarding and specified in your service agreement. Typical timelines are:

•        Onboarding and campaign setup: 3–7 business days after receipt of all required information and account access.

•        Monthly deliverables: within the agreed monthly billing cycle.

•        Custom automation or AI agent setup: timeline agreed per project scope.

Delays caused by incomplete information, restricted account access, or client-side approvals are not the responsibility of Ma'at Studios.

3. Communication

All service updates, reports, and deliverables will be communicated via email or a project management platform agreed upon during onboarding. It is the client's responsibility to maintain an active and accessible email address.

4. Acceptance of Deliverables

Clients are asked to review and confirm receipt of deliverables within 5 business days. Absence of feedback within this window will be considered acceptance of the deliverable.
