Ma'at Studios LLC is committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and automation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Nature of Our Services
Ma'at Studios provides professional services, including Meta Ads management, marketing automation, and AI voice agent solutions. Because our work involves significant time, strategy, and resources, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
• Ad spend paid directly to Meta, TikTok, or other advertising platforms. These funds are transferred directly to the platforms and are not held by Ma'at Studios.
• Completed strategy sessions, audits, or consulting deliverables.
• Onboarding or setup fees once work has commenced.
• Monthly retainer fees for work already performed.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
• Services were not delivered as described in the signed service agreement.
• A billing error or duplicate charge was made by Ma'at Studios.
• A project was cancelled before any work commenced, subject to a review period of up to 5 business days.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at maatstudiosco@gmail.com within 14 days of the issue arising. Include your full name, company name, service description, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your billing or are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
