Terms of Service
Ma'at Studios LLC

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or services of Ma'at Studios LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Ma'at Studios LLC provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads management (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok advertising, marketing automation, AI-powered voice agent bots for call scheduling, and related consulting services. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Ma'at Studios, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for service delivery.
• Grant us necessary access to advertising accounts, pages, and platforms as required.
• Ensure that your business, products, and services comply with Meta, TikTok, and all other applicable platform policies.
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid service delays.
• Maintain sufficient advertising budget in your accounts as agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set forth in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed: (a) invoices are due upon receipt; (b) late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge; (c) services may be suspended for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, strategies, and materials developed by Ma'at Studios remain the intellectual property of Ma'at Studios until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing. Client-provided materials (logos, brand assets, etc.) remain the property of the client.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
7. AI and Automation Services
Ma'at Studios offers AI-powered services including voice agent bots. You acknowledge that: (a) AI outputs may not be perfect and require human oversight; (b) you are responsible for ensuring AI interactions with your customers comply with applicable laws; (c) we are not liable for outcomes resulting from client-side use or misuse of automation tools.
8. Results Disclaimer
Ma'at Studios makes no guarantee of specific advertising results, revenue outcomes, or return on ad spend. Digital advertising performance depends on market conditions, platform algorithms, and many factors outside our control. We commit to using best practices and professional judgment to optimize your campaigns.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ma'at Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur if a party materially breaches these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
